摘　　要：为了探究美国网络高等教育发展之路,基于2013年斯隆报告的分析,发现2002-2012年这10年以来,美国网络高等教育规模呈现出从迅速增长到稳步增长的趋势,教学效果得到肯定,大部分高校也将网络高等教育纳入其长期发展战略规划中。未来美国网络高等教育发展要着力开展如下工作:开发MOOCs、给网络学生充分的指导、保持网络课程的稳定、提高学生和教师对网络高等教育的认同度。这些变革的要点在我国发展网络高等教育过程中需要重视。Based on the analysis of the Sloan report for 2013, the development of American online higher education has characteristics as follows： from 2002 to 2012, the scale of American online higher education had expanded rapidly, and the effect of the online instruction was positive and most of universities had brought the online higher education into their long-term development strategy. In the future, the development of the American online education needs to solve the following problems： developing MOOCs, giving sufficient guidance to the online students, maintaining the stability of the online course and improving the acceptance of students and teachers on online higher education. We should adopt and pay attention to the main points of these changes in order to develop our country＇s online higher education.
