摘 要:路面附着系数与行车安全性密切相关。设计了一种基于Freescale S12单片机控制的路面附着系数测试系统。该系统针对路面附着系数测试系统的需求,以滑移率与路面附着系数间的关系为依据,将MC9S12DG128B单片机作为控制核心,对信号采集系统和信号调理单元输出的信号进行相应计算处理,最终将测得的路面附着系数发送至数据显示单元。试验结果表明,设计的路面附着系数测试系统具有结构简单、测量精度高、实用性强及人机交互功能强等优点,具有一定的实际应用价值。Coefficient of road adhesion is closely related with driving safety. Designing a road adhesion coefficient testing system based on Freescale S12 SCM is introduced in this paper. Focusing on the requirements of testing road adhesion coefficient, in accordance with the relationship between slip rate and road adhesion coefficient, MC9S12DG128G used as the control core to process the signal acquisition system and the signal output from signal processing unit, the measured data for road adhesion coefficient will eventually be sent to the data display unit. The test results show that the road adhesion coefficient test system has the advantages of simple structure, high accuracy, practical and man-machine communication, it has some practical value.
