摘  要:用有限元对橡胶类材料制作的隔振器进行计算时,材料的某些参数确定非常困难。以某型在研聚氨酯隔振器为例,利用参数反演方法,预测其蠕变曲线。首先通过对聚氨酯材料的压缩蠕变试验进行模拟,利用实测压缩蠕变曲线反演确定相关蠕变参数;然后用这些蠕变参数模拟材料的剪切蠕变试验,以验证参数的合理性;最后将这些蠕变参数带入某型隔振器的蠕变计算中,预测出其蠕变曲线。It is very hard to determine some material parameters during finite element calculation of isola- tors made of rubber. A polyurethane vibration isolator under development was taken as example and pa- rameter inversion method was used to predict creep curve. The compression creep tests of polyurethane material were performed, and related parameters were inversely determined due to the simulation of meas- ured creep curve. Then shear creep tests were simulated by using them to verify the rationality. Finally, these parameters were employed in the creep calculation to predict creep curve of a new isolator.
