摘　　要：目的研究胃癌组织中COX-2、MMP-9的表达的临床意义以及二者的相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测收集的52例胃癌标本中COX-2、MMP-9蛋白的表达,并将检测结果进行分析。结果 52例胃癌组织中COX-2、MMP-9蛋白的阳性表达率分别为78%和70%,而在胃正常组织中均呈低表达或不表达,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。COX-2、MMP-9蛋白在不同浸润深度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移组中的表达有显著差异,而在不同分化程度、年龄中无显著差异(P>0.05);COX-2的表达与MMP-9的表达显著相关(P<0.05,r=0.3587)。结论 COX-2可诱导MMP-9的表达,并在促进胃癌的侵袭转移中发挥重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of COX-2 and MMP-9 in gastric carcinoma and the re-lationship between COX-2 and MMP-9.Methods Immunohistochemistry test were performed to detect the expression of cases of gastric cancer for COX-2 and MMP-9 protein, and then analysis the results .Results The positive rates of COX-2, MMP-9 expression in 52 cases of gastric cancer were 78%and 70%respectively,whereas in normal tissue were rare （P＆gt;0.05）.The expression of cases of gas-tric cancer for COX-2 and MMP-9 protein were significant differences in different depth of the tumor invasion ,TNM phage and lymph node metastasis,but no difference in gende, differentiation （P＆gt;0.05）.There were significant positive correlation between COX-2 and MMP-9（P＆lt;0.05,r=0.3587）.Conclusion These data suggest that the expression of COX-2 can regulate the expression of MMP-9 and both of them play an important role in metastasis of gastric carcinoma .
