摘  要:天然型N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖(N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamine,简称GlcNAc或NAG)是生物细胞内许多重要多糖的基本组成单位,在生物体内具有许多重要的生理功能:能改善皮肤的保水性和弹性,预防和缓解皮肤粗糙,具有抑制细纹生成等作用;天然型N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖也是软骨的组成成分之一,具有保护软骨及韧带等软组织,提升骨骼润滑等作用;能增强人体免疫系统的功能,抑制癌细胞或纤维细胞的过度生长,对癌症和恶性肿瘤起到抑制和治疗作用;能治疗各种炎症,降低体内胆固醇含量;作为合成双歧因子的重要前体,能够促进双岐乳杆菌的生长繁殖,起到调节肠道的作用。N-Acetyl -D-Glucosamine (NAG)is the basic unit of the biological cells and has much important physiological functions in the organisms. NAG can increase water retentivity and improve flexibility of the skin, what, s more,it can prevent the skin from changing rough ,and inhibit wrinkle coming into being;NAG is a composition of cartilage,it can protect cartilage such as ligament , also can improve the lubrication of skeleton; NAG can not only improve the immune system of human,but also inhibit the growth of cancer cell and fibroblasts,what,s more,it has a good effect to cancer;NAG can treat kinds of inflammation,and reduce the cholesterol;as the main precursor synthesizing Bifidus factor,NAG can improve the growth of Lactobacillus bifidus. Currently, NAG is a top food additives , as a functional factor, it has widely used in kinds of food such as milk beverage, beauty beverage, health products and dietary supplements.
