摘  要:远程教育教与学时空分离的本质特征决定了远程教育机构需要提供比传统高校更加细致和周到的学习支持。然而,现实样态中的学习支持实践却呈现出与其理念相背离的现象,主要体现在服务目的的功利性、内容的浅表化和主体的单边化,这在很大程度上影响了学习支持实践的有效性。基于此,不仅需要远程教育机构承担起全方位改革的重任,而且还需要倚靠教育行政主管部门对整个成人教育市场的调控、整个社会对学习和人才观念的转变等。As the intrinsic feature of distance education, the separation between teaching and learning indicates that the distance education institutes need to provide learners with more considerate teaching support in order to secure the education quality. However, the actual teaching support is not consistent with the ideal effect and it could be detected by the utilitarian of education target, simplification of teaching content, and singleness of subjects, which to a large extent influence the effect of teaching support. Based on the complex underlying factors, distance education institute should take on the responsibilities of reforms and administrative department on education need to control the whole employment market and change the old concepts of teaching and talents.
