摘　　要：独立学院作为培养应用性人才的高等学校,目前正在接受着社会和企业的考量,独立学院机械类人才的培养需要从实际出发解决企业和学校现在遇到的问题。通过校企合作可以帮助企业和学校达到互补,实现共赢。The Independent College is the base of cultivating applied talents and currently receiving the test of the social and business.In order to suit the social practical requirements,mechinery talents should be trained from actual conditions.Businesses and schools can complement each other to achieve win-win situation through cooperation education.
