摘　　要：抚顺市组建职教集团,是抚顺市经济社会发展的需要,职业教育发展的需要。职教集团有利于校企合作、资源共享,以及中高职相互衔接,促进教学质量,从而增强学生就业能力,促进抚顺经济发展。抚顺市职教集团建立有其一定基础和有利条件,是可行的;其性质、宗旨和工作机制应有利于高职教育的发展和学生就业增加,实现双赢。The organization of Fushun city vocational education group is the need of economic and social developm ent. Vocational education group is in favor of college-enterprise cooperation, resources sharing, the connection of middle and higher vocational education. It helps to improve the quality of teaching so as to enhance students＆#39; employm ent ability and Fushun economic developm ent. The form ation of Fushun city vocational education group has its certain foundation and advantages, and the nature, principle and working mechanism should be conducive to the developm ent of higher vocational education and students em ploym ent increase.
