关于农村代课教师存在的客观必然性及解决思路研究

摘　　要：代课教师之所以至今仍广泛存在,其原因除了教育经费投入不足外,师资短缺也决定了对代课教师的客观需求,职业自身的吸引力又决定代课教师不乏来源。要妥善解决这一问题,并不能急于清退代课教师,而是要规范管理、提高待遇,并通过政府招聘教师来缓解师资短缺。Substitute teachers are still widely existing. Besides the inadequate education budget, the shortage of qualified teachers leads to the objective requirement of substitute teachers, and the source of substitute teachers is wide because of the attraction of the post. In order to solve this problem properly, we shouldn＇t dimiss substitute teachers eagerly. The government should standardize management, improve the teachers＇ treatment and hire teachers to alleviate the shortage of qualified teachers.
