摘　　要：文章以宁波工程学院"卓越计划123"人才培养目标为指导,着重探讨建筑力学课程教学人才培养模式,实施新的教学理念,改革教学内容、创新教学方法和手段,培养卓越工程师,以项目教学为导向加强建筑力学的实践环节,引入学科竞赛机制提高学生学习兴趣,采取多项措施强化学生工程专业素养,培养综合应用能力。The article, based on the ＂excellence program 123＂ objective of talents training in Ningbo University of Technology, focuses on the training model of architectural mechanics course ：implementing new teaching ideas, reforming teaching content, methods and means so as to train excellent engineers, taking the project teaching as the guidance to strengthen the practice link of the architectural mechanics, introducing competition mechanism to improve student academic interest in learning, taking a number of measures to improve students engineering professional quality and the cultivation of comprehensive application ability.
