临床技能培训课程调查分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨目前医院临床技能培训的效果，为开展高效、实用的培训课程提供借鉴和参考。方法根据已开展的临床技能培训项目和内容，自行设计调查问卷表，随机选择医院36个临床科室不同级别的327名在职医师为调查对象，对其中参训的286人的个人情况、参训率、培训课程内容及培训方式等进行对比分析。结果参与临床技能培训课程的医师主要是主治医师和住院医师，参训率分别为88.5%（77/87）和90.0%（172/191）；参训率较高的培训课程主要是基础/高级生命支持等急救课程，临床应用较多且涉及面较广泛；84.1%（275/324）的参训医师乐于接受“小班课、1主题、1小时”的培训方式；65.5%（214/327）的参训医师认为培训时间安排在16：30至17：30比较合理。结论通过问卷调查甄选出最受欢迎、参训率较高的培训课程，深入了解临床医师对临床技能培训的真实期望和新要求，为下一步有针对性、更好地开展培训工作提供指导和参考。Objective To improve the clinical skill training courses in order to meet the new challenges and different requirements. Methods Totally 327 clinical physicians of different levels in 36 departments were enrolled and 286 physicians were randomly surveyed with the questionnaire , including subjects＆#39; general characteristics, participation rate, training courses and training model. Results Among the trainees, most of them were attending physician and resident physician, and their participation rate was 88.5%（77/87） and 90.0% （172/191） respectively. The most popular and well acknowledged training courses were emergency treatment course such as AHA basic/advanced life support course. Training model like ‘group class, one topic, one hour’ was well accepted by 84.1%（275/324） physicians and course time of 16：30-17：30 was preferred by 65.5% （214/327） physicians. Conclusions A series of most popular and significant training courses are developed. More important-ly, physicians＆#39; real need and new expectation to the training course are well recognized, which is im-portant to plan the further training program and courses.
