高职酒店管理专业学生就业思路探析——以广西生态工程职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：现代酒店行业发展迅猛,从业人员需求量大,特别是高学历从业人员及复合型管理人才。高职酒店管理专业学生对口就业前景乐观,但职业技能不容乐观,"双语"水平偏低,跳槽率高。高职酒店管理专业学生应提高职业素养;提升职业技能,拓宽就业平台;不轻言跳槽,立足行业;加强语言能力训练,打造"双语"型学生;做好职业生涯规划。Thanks to the booming of tourism industry, China＇ s hotel industry grows rapidly, hence in need of more hotel management talents. To give an explicit employment guidance to hotel management students , this paper analyzes the current em- ployment market of hotel management talents, proposing a new way for the employment of Hotel Management graduates from voca- tional colleges.
