高校专利申请中的答复修改环节存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：高等院校近年来的专利数量增长迅速,专利保护意识也在逐渐增强,但仍然存在专利文件质量不高等问题,尤其在专利化过程中容易忽视答复环节,存在急于获得授权等现象。针对此现象从政策层面到具体实施层面等多角度进行了分析,探索了提升高校专利质量的有效措施。The awareness of patent protection in colleges and universities is gradually increasing in recent years.The number of applications has increased several times,however,the patent documents is still poor in quality.The staffs are eager to get the allowance and pay less attention to the amendments and remarks during the patent application process.In this paper,the causes of this phenomenon are analyzed from many aspects,including policy and implementation,and effective measures are expected to enhance the quality of college patent application.
