地方民族师范院校教育实习模式研究——以甘肃民族师范学院“援教顶岗”为例

摘　　要："顶岗支教"实习是教育部面向全国各级师范院校师范类学生提出的一种新的实习模式。这种实习模式在地方民族师范类院校中是如何开展的?其效果又如何呢?本文以甘肃民族师范学院为例,对这种实习模式的效果、存在的问题在田野调查的基础上进行总结分析,针对存在的问题提出了相应的解决办法和途径。Yuanjiao dinggang is a new internship model proposed by the Ministry of Education for the students of different levels of normal colleges. How this model is practiced in local ethnic normal colleges？ What are its effects？ Based on the investigations of student internships in Gansu Nationality Normal University, this paper analyzes the effects and problems of the current internship model, and then provides some plausible advices to these problems.
