摘　　要：从高校思想政治教育过程参与者的角度来说,学校、教师和学生共同构成了高校思想政治教育系统中的主体。在思想政治教育活动中,学校、教师和学生都具有自主性、主动性和创造性的主体性质。实现"学校-教师-学生"之间的良性互动,有助于增强高校思想政治教育的实效性,进而实现三方的共同发展。From the perspective of the participants in the ideological and political education process ,that university ,teacher and student constitute the main body of the ideological and political education system together.In ideological and political education activities ,university ,teacher and student all have the subjective character of autonomy ,initiative ,and creativity.The positive in-teraction among ＆quot;university - teacher - student＆quot;will help to enhance the actual effect of ideological and political education in university ,and realize the common development of the three parties.
