摘　　要：校企合作是产学合作教育开展的前提,然而我国校企合作目前仍然处于"剃头挑子一头热一头冷"的境地。为总结校企合作的经验,梳理校企合作的研究成果,分析校企合作研究的不足,对1992年到2011年间我国教育类重要刊物上发表的校企合作研究成果从校企合作的重要性、校企合作中的学校内部体制改革、校企合作的内涵、校企合作的模式、校企合作的运行机制五个方面进行了综述,并分析了当前校企合作研究五个方面的不足以及未来校企合作研究的方向。School-enterprise cooperation is one of the preconditions of the cooperative education ,but it was found that the enter-prises were passive while the schools were active in the procedure of school -enterprise cooperation in China.In order to sum-marize its experience ,sort its achievements ,and analyze its shortage ,we collected the papers published by some important aca-demic journals of China from 1992 to 2011 ,reviewed the published papers from the importance ,the reform of interior adminis-tration system of college ,the connotation ,the mode ,and the mechanism of school -enterprise cooperation ,and analyzed the shortage in school -enterprise cooperation from five aspects and the direction of future research.
