摘　　要：该文建立的高校辅导员队伍建设控制模型,从控制的角度重新认识了辅导员队伍建设这一管理问题,提出的相关控制机理和控制方法,对辅导员队伍建设具有一定指导意义。The. construction of college counselor team control model is established in this paper, from the point of control to know the management of counselor team construction, control mechanism and control method is proposed which has certain guiding significance for the counselor team construction.
