摘  要:目的研究复合膳食纤维对门静脉高压大鼠肠黏膜功能的影响。方法60只雄性Wister大鼠用CCl-4橄榄油复合法建立门静脉高压大鼠模型。造模成功后将大鼠随机分为单纯模型组(A组)、能全素组(B组)、能全素+膳食纤维组[可溶性膳食纤维(SDF):不可溶性膳食纤维(IDF)=1:2,C组]、能全素+膳食纤维组(SDF:IDF=2:1,D组)。并提取第7天大鼠肠黏膜蛋白检测Occludin蛋白及诱导型一氧化碳合酶(iNOS)的表达。结果C、D组Occludin蛋白表达较A、B组增加(P〈0.05),iNOS表达降低(P〈0.05),C、D组间比较均无统计学意义(P〉O.05)。结论复合膳食纤维对保护门静脉高压大鼠肠黏膜功能有一定的保护作用。Objective To evaluate the influence of dietary fiber complex (DFC) on intestinal mucosal barrier in rats with portal hypertension. Methods 60 healthy male Wister rat models with portal hypertension established by composite method of CC14 and olive oil were randomly divided into four groups: group A (simple model group), group B (fed with Nutrison), group C (fed with Nutrison and DFC, SDF:IDF = 1:2), group D (fed with Nutrison and DFC, SDF:IDF = 2:1). Then extracted rats' intestinal mucous membrane protein to test the expression of Occludin protein and induced type carbon monoxide synthase (iNOS) on the 7th day. Results The expression of Occludin protein of group C and D increased (P 〈 0.05), and the expression of iNOS reduced (P 〈 0.05); the expression of Occludin protein and iNOS had no statistical significant difference between group C and D (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion DFC has a protective effect on gut barrier in rats with portal hypertension.
