摘  要:建立了-种食用植物油中有机溶剂残留量的快速测定方法。采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱联用法(SPME-GC-MS),使用30~50μmPDMS/CAR/DVB复合涂层固相微萃取器,载气为氮气,色谱柱为HP-SMS,外标法测定了食用油中有机溶剂的残留量。在2.5—25mg/kg范围内线性关系良好,R为0.9990,加标回收率为97.8%,相对标准差为5.27%。该方法快速、准确、灵敏,适用于食用油中有机溶剂残留的测定。To establish a rapid method for the determination of residual solvents in vegetable oils. To use SPME-GC-MS with 30 -50 μm PDMS/CAR/DVB composite coating SPMEfiber, carrier gas was helium, and chromatographic column was HP-SMS 5% Phenyl Methyl Siloxane. Residual organic sol- vent in vegetable oils were determined by external standard method. Linear relation was good in range of 2. 5-~ 25 mg/kg. Tests for recovery were made by standard addition method, theresults of recovery obtained were 97. 8% ,with values of RSD's 5.27%. This method is rapid,accurate,sensitive and can be used for determination of residual organic solvent in vegetable oils.
