摘　　要：核苷酸是组成核酸的基本结构和功能单位,参与机体内一系列的生理调节过程,在促进仔猪肠道健康方面具有重要的生理作用。核苷酸可由机体合成来供给,但在断奶等应激情况下,仔猪肠道合成核苷酸的能力有限,因此核苷酸是一种条件性必需营养物质。本文主要从酵母核苷酸对肠道生长发育、免疫功能和肠道修复等方面综述了核苷酸对仔猪及其他相关试验动物肠道健康的影响,为酵母核苷酸在生产中的应用提供参考。The intestine plays important functions to the growth and health of piglets.Nucleotide is the basic structural and functional unit of nucleic acids and plays an important role in a series of physiological process.Nucleotides can be supplied by the organism, however, synthesis of nucleotide is limited during the weaning stress of piglets.So nucleotide is a conditional necessary nutrients.It has been widely concerned for it’s significant role in promoting piglets intestinal health. Yeast extract is rich in nucleotides.This article reviewed mainly on the effects of nucleotides on the growth and development of intestinal tract,immune function and intestinal repair in animals especially for piglets.
