摘　　要：加强组织学标本库建设与管理,为深化形态学实验教学改革奠定良好基础。我们从组织切片玻片标本库建设着手加强组织学标本库建设;针对不同层次的学生配置玻片标本,制定实验考核评价体系;将数字切片应用于多媒体课件制作和网络课程建设以及实验考核评价。组织学标本库的建设和合理应用满足了不同层次学生的需求,对提高形态学实验教学质量,促进医学生综合素质全面、和谐地发展发挥重要作用。In order to lay a good foundation for further deepening the reform of experiments teaching. The tissue sections slide banks were built firstly. For different levels of students, the different slice specimens were provided, and the different experimental examina- tion evaluation systems were formulated. On this basis, the digitally sliced bank was built, which was used to make multimedia courseware and to construct the network course, as well as the experimental examination for students. These measures have met the needs of students at different levels. Strengthening the construction and reasonable application of histological specimen banks plays an important role in improving the morphology experiments teaching quality, cultivating the overall quality for medical students.
