摘 要:目的:了解医学生适应能力的现状。方法:采用青少年心理适应性诊断量表(APAS)和社会适应能力诊断量表对吉林省某综合性大学分层整群抽取的406名医学生进行问卷调查。结果:本次调查中,有14.04%的学生心理适应能力较差;有63.80%的医学生存在社会适应能力不足的情况;不同年级学生在心理适应能力和社会适应能力方面的差异均有统计学意义。结论:高校应转变医学人才培养模式,提高医学生适应能力。Objective: To understand the prevalence of adaptation ability in medical students. Methods: Adolescent psychological a- daptability scale (APAS) and ability of social adaptation diagnosis were administered to 406 medical students by cluster stratified sam- pling in a comprehensive university of Jilin province. Results: Among the students, 14.04% had poor psychological adaptability, 63. 80% had poor ability of social adaptation. There were statistical differences in different grade in both psychological adaptability and a- bility of social adaptation among the students (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Colleges should change medical talents training mode and im- prove medical students'adaptation ability.
