摘　　要：医学教育管理体制机制改革,是促进医学教育可持续发展的重要保障。多年来内蒙古自治区卫生厅、教育厅和高校不断探索和完善政府、医学院校和医院(临床医学院、附属医院及教学医院)之间的管理体制和运行机制,探索出一条适合本地区医学人才培养的临床教学管理体制。It is an important safeguard to promote medical education development sustainably for medical education management re- form. Recently, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Health Department, department of education and universities have continued to explore and improve the management system and operation mechanism among government, medical college and hospital （mainly inclu- ding clinical medical college, affiliated hospital and teaching hospital）. Accordingly, they have explored a suitable medical talents training in clinical teaching management system.
