摘　　要：为了促进高校培养出合格的休闲体育人才,本文借鉴国外休闲体育人才培养模式,通过对高校现行培养目标的分析,结合体育休闲专业特点,提出了"实操技能+定岗就业"人才培养模式,以期对完善休闲体育专业的人才培养模式提供参考依据和改革思路。In order to promote the cultivation of qualified leisure sports talent cultivation mode,the leisure sports talent abroad,through the analysis of the current training target,combined with the characteristics of leisure sports professional,put forward the training mode of ＂practical skills＋post employment＂ talent, in order to provide reference and reform perfect idea of leisure sports professional talent training mode.
