摘 要:在研究传感器与工件之间距离变化感应出电流、电压的变化规律以及信号采集与处理方法的基础上,提出了一种用于焊缝跟踪系统的新型电极结构的单片式电容传感器,并研制出一种焊缝跟踪系统.在考虑温度影响的前提下,跟踪系统采用差动式测量方法实时提取出焊枪相对焊缝坡口中心的偏差信息,并通过控制执行机构进行纠偏调节,从而实现焊缝跟踪.结果表明,电容式传感器结构简单,分辨率高,工作可靠,非接触测量,并能在高温、辐射和强烈振动等恶劣条件下工作,可实现复杂轨迹角焊缝的焊缝跟踪,为目前对焊缝跟踪技术的研究提供了新的方向.On the basis of study on the effect laws of change of distance between the sensor and workpiece on induced current and voltage and study on method for signal acquisition and processing,a single-chip capacitive sensor applied for weld seam tracking system with a novel electrode structure is proposed.An automatic weld seam tracking system based on capacitive sensor is also developed in this paper.On the premise of considering temperature effect,the system extracts the deviation between welding torch and the welding groove center in real time using Differential Measuring Method proposed,and then achieves seam tracking by controlling actuators to rectify deviation.The experimental results indicate that the capacitive sensor can be applied for seam tracking of fillet weld with complex trajectories.The sensor has the characters of simple structure,high resolution and reliability,non-contact measurement and the capacity to work under hard conditions of high temperature,radiation and strong vibration,which provides a new direction for the study on seam tracking technology.
