摘　　要：目的探讨先天l生小眼球合并眼眶囊肿的临床、影像学表现，诊断及鉴别诊断。方法回顾并分析对1990年5月至2013年3月在天津市眼科医院就诊的12例（13只眼）先天性小眼球合并眼眶囊肿的临床资料。结果12例（13只眼）先天性小眼球合并眼眶囊肿中，单侧11例，双侧1例。眼部超声、CT和MRI可显示发育异常的小眼球和囊肿。结论先天性小眼球合并眼眶囊肿是一种较为罕见的眼部发育异常，通过典型的临床表现和影像学检查，可与多种眼部疾病相鉴别，为临床诊断和治疗方案制定提供重要信息：Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, imaging manifestations, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the congenital microphthalmos with orbital cyst. Methods Twelve pa- tients （13 eyes） of the congenital microphthalmos with orbital cyst were reviewed and analyzed. Results Among the 12 patients （13 eyes） of the congenital microphthalmos with orbital cyst, unilater- al microphthalmos with orbital cyst was found in 11 cases, and bilateral microphthalmos with orbital cyst was found in 1 case. By image examination, such as B-scan, CT and MRI, the dysplastic mi- crophthalmos and the orbital cyst could be found. Conclusions Congenital microphthalmos with or- bital cyst is a rare ocular dysplasia. Many ocular and orbital diseases can be differentiated from con- genital microphthalmos with orbital cyst by typical clinical manifestations and image examination, It can provide important information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
