摘　　要：本科院校的计算机基础教育必须要紧跟技术的发展和社会的需要,传统的教学模式已经不能适应这一形式。辽宁对外经贸学院通过实施课程教学改革,推进自主学习、自主测评教学模式的应用与实践,实施网络评价,调动了学生学习积极性,增加、充实了教学内容,提高了教学效果,为本科人才培养提供了有力的支撑。Computer basic knowledge, basic skills has become college students learn the necessary work. Undergraduate course colleges and universities of computer basic education must keep up with the development of technology and the needs of the society, the traditional teaching mode has already can not adapt to this form. Liaoning institute of foreign economic and trade through the implementation of curriculum reform, to promote autonomous learning, autonomous evaluation application and practice of teaching mode, the implementation of network evaluation, to mobilize the students＇ learning enthusiasm, increase, enrich the teaching content, improve the teaching effect, for undergraduate talents training provides strong support.
