摘　　要：简要介绍了常用坐标测量机的研究现状及存在问题 ,讨论了一种基于并联运动机构的新型坐标测量机的结构、特点及工作原理 ,并对这种新型坐标测量机研究过程中应注意的主要问题进行了探讨。Firstly, the current status and the shortcomings of conventional coordinate measuring machines(CMMs)wes described. Then, a new kind of CMM comprising a parallel link mechanism with three spatial degrees of freedom is introduced, and the structure, measuring theory and characteristics of it are discussed. Finally, the main problems, which must be noted during researching the parallel link CMM, are emphasized.
