摘  要:首次对采自我国海南三亚市诺尼植物果实内生细菌进行初步分离与鉴定研究,相关研究为诺尼果内生菌研究奠定基础。采用传统微生物学分离培养方法对28℃培养条件下分离得到的15株细菌进行16S rDNA扩增和系统发育分析。研究表明,分离得到的15株诺尼果内生细菌分属于变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和放线菌门(Actinobacteria)3个类群,包括甲基杆菌属(Methylobacterium sp.)、鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingomonas sp.)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus sp.)、节杆菌属(Arthrobacter sp.)、棒杆菌属(Corynebacterium sp.)、考克氏菌属(Kocuria sp.)和链霉菌属(Streptomyces sp.)7个属的11个已知种。研究结果表明,诺尼果中内生细菌具有较为丰富的多样性,获得了一批应用前景广泛的诺尼果内生细菌资源。Isolation and identification of endophytic bacteria from the fruit of Morinda citrifolia (Noni) with tradational cultural method for the first time. The results will lay the foundation for endophytic microbial research of Noni. Amplification and phylogenetic analysis of endophytic bacteria isolated from the fruit of Noni in the 28 ℃ with traditional cultural method. Partial sequence analysis of 16S rDNA gene of 15 strains indicated that these strains were in a high similarity with 7 known genus which belong to a-Proteobacteria, Firmicutes and Actinobacteria. The 7 genus were Methylobacterium sp., Sphingomonas sp, Bacillus sp, Arthrobacter sp, Corynebacterium sp, Kocuria sp. and Streptomyces sp. with 11 known species. The results show that there are abundant species diversity of endophytic bacteria isolated from the fruit of Noni. Gain a number of broad application prospects endophytic bacteria from the furit of Noni.
