摘  要:【目的】研究1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)处理对甜瓜‘黄醉仙’果实采后衰老的影响。【方法】以商品熟‘黄醉仙’为试材,用1μL·L-11-MCP室温熏蒸24 h后常温贮藏,测定其对果实硬度、膜脂过氧化及活性氧代谢的影响。【结果】对照果实采后硬度降低,丙二醛含量上升,LOX活性升高、活性氧不断积累,1-MCP处理明显延缓上述指标变化。且处理活性氧清除酶SOD、CAT、POD活性水平低于对照,说明活性氧参与保护酶调节。【结论】1-MCP处理可延缓甜瓜‘黄醉仙’果实采后衰老,延长其保鲜期。[Objective]The aim of the paper was to study the effect of 1-MCP on senescence stress of 'Huangzuixian' melons. [Method]Firmness, membrane lipid peroxidation and ROS metabolism of ' Huangzuixian' fruit harvested at commercial maturity and treated with 1μL. L^-1 1-MCP for 24 hours and then stored in room temperature were investigated. [Result]The result showed the fruits undergo a decline in firmness, increase of MAD, LOX, as well as accumulation of O^- and H202. In 1-MCP treated fruits, however, these changes were obviously delayed and alleviated, relatively. Lower enzyme activity of SOD, CAT, POD in ROS scavenging system was also observed, indicating that O2^- and H2O2 may be involved in regulating the protective enzymes. [Conclusion] 1-MCP treatment alleviated the post-harvest senescence stress of the melon ' Huangzuixian', therefore, extended its shelf life.
