摘  要:以SD大鼠和昆明系小鼠为试验动物进行急性毒性、遗传毒性和30 d喂养试验,研究辣木籽油的食用安全性。结果表明:急性毒性试验未发现动物有明显中毒症状与死亡;遗传毒性试验结果均为阴性;30 d喂养试验发现当喂食含有6%、12%辣木籽油饲料的雌、雄大鼠的血糖水平显著降低,喂食含有12%辣木籽油饲料的雄性大鼠的总蛋白水平显著降低,其他各项血液生化指标均无明显变化。因此,辣木籽油是安全无毒的可食用油脂。Toxicological assessment of Moringa oleifera seed oil was conducted through acute toxicity test, genetic toxicity test and 30 - day feeding test with SD rats and Kunming rats as test animals. The results showed that the rats in acute toxicity test had no death or obviousy toxic symptoms; the results of every dosage group in genetic toxicity test were negative; the blood glucose levels of female and male rats fed with forage containing 6% and 12% of Moringa oleifera seed oil reduced significantly, the total protein level of male rats fed with forage containing 12% of Moringa oleifera seed oil decreased markedly, and the other blood biochemical indexes had no obvious change in 30 - day feeding test. Therefore, Moringa oleifera seed oil was a kind of edible oil with no toxicity.
