摘　　要：在市场经济日益发展的今天,对人才的综合素质要求越来越高,技工院校毕业生就业难的问题日益凸显。本文分析了目前技工院校职业指导工作存在的问题,并对完善职业指导工作提出了相应对策。Nowadays, market economy is growing, and the demand for the overall quality of talent increasingly high, the problem of difficult to employment has become increasingly prominent. This paper analyzes the problem in current vocational guidance of mechanic institutions, proposes countermeasures for improving vocational guidance.
