摘　　要：受多种因素的影响,教师队伍质量不高且不稳定却是多年来困绕民办高校的一个事实,建设民办高校本师培训培养基地,以建设一支优秀而稳定的教师队伍,不仅是提高民办高校教学质量的关键,更是民办高校可持续发展的保障。Influenced by many factors, it is a fact that teachers＇ quality is not high and unstable for many years in private vocational colleges, so to build a school-based teacher training center in private vocational college is not only the key to improve the teaching quality for private vocation colleges, but also very important to the guarantee of sustainable development for private vocational college.
