摘　　要：全力做好新形势下的群众工作,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的内在要求和根本途径。而要做好群众工作,首要的任务是做好群众的思想政治工作。思想政治工作本质是群众工作,思想政治工作科学化是做好群众工作的必然要求,在推进思想政治工作科学化,增强群众工作实效性的过程中,必须坚持群众路线的指导思想,坚持以人为本的核心立场,坚持群众利益的根本原则。Doing good mass work under the new situation is the inherent requirement and the fundamental way of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. However, the primary task in this reqard is to do a good job of ideological and political work among the mass. The nature of ideological and political work is the inevitable requirement of the mass work. In the process of promoting the scientificness of ideological and political work and strengthening the effectiveness of the work, we must adhere to the guiding ideology of the mass line, adhere to the people-orientedness as our core position and adhere to the fundamental principle of valuing the people＇s interests.
