摘  要:细胞信号通路调控着生物的生长、发育并参与疾病的发生。研究表明,与癫痫有关的信号通路主要有磷脂酰肌醇3 激酶/丝苏氨酸蛋白激酶、哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白、Wnt等,它们通过调控蛋白质的合成代谢、细胞的增殖和凋亡影响癫痫的病理变化。本文就与癫痫的细胞信号通路的研究进展作一综述。Signaling pathways are involved in biological growth and development, and are closely related to the occurrence of diseases. Recent studies have shown that there are several signaling pathways are associated with epilepsy, such as phosphoinositide3kinase/serine-threonine kinase (PI3K/Akt), the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) and Wnt. These signaling pathways are involved in the pathologic changes of epilepsy through regulation of protein synthesis, cell proliferation and apoptosis. This article summarizes the progresses regarding epilepsy and the associated signaling pathways.
