摘  要:为了使变频压缩式制冷系统在变负荷情况下同时具备良好的稳定性和鲁棒性,并希望该类制冷系统的能效比COP得到进一步的提高,设计出了内模解耦控制策略.该策略采用基于内模结构的解耦控制方法增强系统鲁棒性,并利用最小过热度曲线实时修订过热度设定值为相应负荷下的最小稳定过热度值,使得压缩机功率减少,制冷量增加.仿真与实验结果表明,该控制策略下的变频压缩式制冷系统不仅避免了过热度震荡、响应迟缓等问题,而且具备了较强的抗扰性和鲁棒性,并进一步将COP值提高到5.8左右.Internal model decoupling control method is developed for obtaining good robustness and stability and for improving the coefficient of performance (COP) value in variable frequency compression refrigeration system under vari- able load conditions. This method employs the decoupling control method based on the internal model structure to improve the robustness of refrigeration system, and makes use of the minimum superheat curve to revise the setting value for super- heat in real-time, making it always being the minimum stable superheat value under the corresponding load for reducing the compressor power consumption and raising the refrigeration capacity. Through the simulation and experiment, it is found that compression refrigeration system under this control method not only avoids superheat shocks, slow response, but also has a strong immunity and robustness, with the COP value raised to 5.8.
