摘 要:目的探讨团体辅导对改善大学生学业情绪、提升核心自我评价的有效性和可行性。方法以团体辅导的形式对9名大学生进行为期6周的干预辅导,干预前后分别对实验组和对照组进行大学生一般学业情绪问卷、核心自我评价量表(CSES)测查。并通过团体满意度问卷判断团体辅导的效果。结果经过6次团体辅导后,实验组成员负性情绪分数有所降低,放松、兴趣两积极情绪差异显著(t=-2.421,-3.092;P<0.05);干预后,实验组与对照组在厌学、愉快两个分测验上差异显著(t=-2.58,2.52;P<0.05)。结论团体辅导对于改善大学生学业情绪、提升核心自我评价在一定程度上是有效的,同时方法是可行的。Objective To explore the effectiveness and feasibility of group guidance in improving college students'academic emotions and core self-evaluations. Methods 9 college students attended 6.- week group guidance,in order to determine the effect of group guidance, the experimental group and the control group ( which contained 9 students) finished the General Academic Emotion Questionnaire for College Students, Core Self-evaluations Scale(CSES) test before and after the intervention. Results After 6 times of group guidance,the experimental group's negative mood scores decreased, the two positive emotions relax and interest had significantly increased (t = -2. 421, -3. 092 ; P 〈 0. 05 ) ; After the intervention, the experimental group and the control group had significant differences in weariness and happy( t = -2. 58,2. 52;P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion In a certain degree, group guidance for improving college students' academic emotions and core self-evaluations is effective, and it is feasible as well.
