美国教学专业标准中的“多元文化教育能力标准”评析

摘　　要：多元文化教育能力是教师为文化背景多样化的学生提供适切教育的能力。近些年来,美国全国性及各州的教学专业标准中,都将教师的多元文化教育能力作为重要内容之一,一些州还出台了专门的教师多元文化教育能力标准。美国4个国家层面和4个州层面的教学专业标准中,对多元文化教育能力标准的内涵阐释丰富,呈现方式也灵活多样,值得我们参考。Teachers＇ capacity for diverse students is necessary for teachers providing stu- dents appropriate education under muhicultural society. In recent years, both the national and state＇s Teaching Professional Standards in the USA emphasize the diversity standards, and some states also introduce the particular teacher muhicuhural education competency standards. In the four national standards and four states＂ standards, there is a rich interpre- tation for the connotation of teachers＇ multicuhural education competency standards, and a flexible and diverse presentation for these standards. All of these are worthy of our consider- ations.
