摘  要:目的:了解福建省定向农村社区全科医学生的教育情况。方法:对福建医科大学271名定向农村社区的全科医学生和251名普通临床医学生进行问卷调查。结果:定向生入学的主要原因是可降分录取和就业保障;成绩较普通医学生差;心理呈现出自卑倾向并感觉被歧视;对学校的教学情况满意度较低;毕业后更倾向于留在大中城市和选择继续深造;长期从事基层卫生工作的观念淡薄,超过了80%的定向生有想过违反协议。结论:当前定向生培养工作存在一定问题。建议从保证生源质量、激发学习主动性、营造良好氛围、建立有效利益驱使机制等方面完善相关制度。Objective To explore the educational situation of general medical students who are to assigned to the rural community in Fujian. Methods Survey was made of 271 targeted-- area rural community general medical students and 251 ordinary clinical medical students in Fujian Medical University through questionnaires. Results The main reasons for students being targeted--area students were enrollment for reducing the admitting points and employment prospects. The grades of targeted--area students were lower than those of ordinary clinical medical students. Furthermore, the tar- geted--area students tended to feel themselves inferior and felt that they were discriminated. They had lower satisfac- tion with the school's teaching situation, and they tended to stay in big city after graduation or choose further study after graduation. The targeted--area students were not willing to be engaged in primary health work,and more than 80% of them had the idea of breaking their agreement. Conclusions There are some problems in the training of targeted--area students nowadays. It is suggested that relevant system should be improved, including guaranteeing the quality of students,encouraging students to study positively, creating a good atmosphere and establishing effective benefit initia- tive mechanism etc.
