摘　　要：本文重点从哲学方法论的角度论述了阴阳五行学说的起源与形成。文章以历史文献为依据、以时间为线索,分别对阴阳和五行的起源和形成进行了系统的论证,最后简要地论述了它们在具体学科中的运用与发展,从而说明阴阳、五行范畴的重要哲学价值,这对于明白中国哲学的方法论有启示意义。From the perspective of philosophical methodology, the paper makes a detailed analysis of the origin and formation of Yin, Yang and the Theory of Five Elements, both being the ancient Chinese philosophical terms. Firstly the paper makes historical literature and time clues as its major arguments. Then it proceeds to brief on the development and application of the two concepts, concluding that both are of great philosophical value and enlightenment in understanding the Chinese methodology of philosophy.
