摘　　要：在我国高等教育培养目标发生改变和劳动力市场已建立并逐渐完善的背景下,高等教育已转向培养应用型人才这个根本目标。围绕这个目标,我国高等教育的所有过程都应服务于锻炼和提高学生的社会实践能力这一中心,而围绕这一中心,学生的所有责任主体,包括学生本身、家长、教师及学生所在的学院或学校都应该尽一切可能为学生创造参与活动的机会。With the changing of the educational goal and establishment and improvement of the labor market, high education focuses on cultivating practical talents. Therefore, the whole process of higher education should be centered on promoting students＇ social practice ability. Students, parents, teachers, and schools should corporate in creating opportunities of social activities.
