摘　　要：美国高校学术诚信制度建设表现出鲜明的特点:重视学术诚信教育,传承荣誉精神;形成了成熟的学术诚信管理模式;学术诚信制度具体明确,可执行性强;学生参与学术诚信管理,注重自治精神;重视导师对学生学术诚信的指导和监督;建立了专门的学术问责组织与健全的问责程序。借鉴美国高校的经验,中国高校应加强学术诚信教育,制定切实可行的学术诚信规范和执行制度,建立专门的学术诚信管理机构,鼓励学生参与,重视发挥导师的作用。The construction of the United States colleges＆#39; academic integrity system shows distinct characteristics： first, paying attention to academic integrity education, inheriting honor spirit; second, establishing the maturity academic integrity management model;third, establishing a specific academic integrity system, and having very strong executability;fourth, students participating in academic integrity management and paying attention to carry forward the spirit of autonomy;fifth, paying attention to the guidance and supervision of students＆#39;academic integrity from the tutor; sixth, establishing a specialized academic accountability organizations and a sound accountability procedure. Drawing on the experience of the United States colleges, we should do the following work：the first is to strengthen the academic integrity education; the second is to develop practical academic integrity specification and implementation system;the third is to establish the specialized management institutions of the academic integrity;the fourth is to encourage students to participate in;and the last is to attach importance to the role of the tutors.
