摘 要:研究黑水银莲花根茎的化学成分。采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20及RP-HPLC等色谱技术对黑水银莲花根茎化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果表明,从黑水银莲花根茎的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为4'-O-methylequisetumpyrone(1)、α-D-呋喃果糖甲酯(2)、β-D-葡萄糖(3)、α-D-葡萄糖(4)、半乳糖醇(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)。To investigate non-saponin compounds from the rhizomes of Anemone amurensis. The chemical constituents were separated and purified by silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20, as well as RP-HPLC column chromatographies. Their structures were elucidated on the basis ofphysicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Six compounds were isolated from the 95% EtOH extract of the rhizomes of A. amurensis. Their structures were identified as 4'-O-methylequisetumpyrone (1), methyl-O-α-D- fructofuranoside (2), β-D-glucopyranosyl (3), α-D-glucopyranosyl (4), β-D-galactitol (5)and daucossterol (6), respectively.
