摘　　要：首先对信息管理与信息系统专业应具备的专业能力结构以及专业能力发展过程的阶段划分进行探讨;然后以专业能力为行向量、以专业能力发展阶段为列向量构造"能力———阶段"矩阵,并设计若干任务项用于衡量某一专业能力是否达到某一发展阶段;继而以"能力———阶段"矩阵为核心、以培养方案和课程教学大纲为支撑、以专业能力评分表为展现形式构造专业能力评价模型;最后,介绍模型的应用。This paper firstly discusses the professional competency structure and the development stage of the profes- sional competency in the Information Management （IM） speciahy. Secondly, it tbrmulates a ＂competency -stage＂ matrix which the X factors are professional competencies and Y factors are the stages of competency development. This paper also designs many training tasks which can measure the stage of the competency. Thirdly, it constructs a proi）ssional evaluation model by using quantitative evaluation method for the professional competency in IM specialty based on the ＂competency - stage＂ matrix, cuhivating plan, syllabus and the score sheet in professional competency. Finally, it explains the applica- tion of the model.
