摘 要:为考察苍耳子和田基黄中黄酮提取优化的研究和总含量的测定,及对两者黄酮总含量的对比研究。通过芦丁作为标准物测定总黄酮含量,采用L9(34)正交试验法确定乙醇浸提回流法的最佳浸提工艺条件。试验结果显示,苍耳子最佳浸提条件为乙醇浓度为60%,提取温度70℃,提取时间4 h,料液比为1:30(g/mL),此条件下苍耳子总黄酮提取率为3.89%。田基黄最佳浸提条件为:乙醇浓度为50%,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为1 h,料液比为1:50(g/mL)。以总黄酮浸提率作为考察指标,苍耳子最佳浸提工艺下总黄酮的提取率为3.89%;而田基黄总黄酮提取率为4.31%。结果表明田基黄中黄酮含量较于苍耳子高。本工艺简单可行,有较好的参考价值。The purpose of this paper was to investigate the best conditions of extracting the total ilavonoids content for Frutus Xanthii and Hypericum japonicum, and make a comparison about the total flavonoids in two plants. Using the way of ethanol reflux condensation and applying rutin as the standard, Lo(34) was adopted to confirm the best optimum extraction process condition extracting of active ingredients. The experimental results showed that the Xantbium optimum extraction conditions was the ethanol concentration of 60%, extraction temperature of 70℃, extraction time of 4 h, and solid-liquid ratio of 1:30. Hypericum japonicum optimum extraction conditions for the ethanol concentration of 50%, extraction temperature of 80℃, extraction time of 1 h, solid-liquid ratio of 1:50 was obtained. In accordance with the best conditions of operation, optimum extraction process of total flavonoids extraction rate of Frutus Xantbii was 3.89% and rate of Hyperlcum japonicum was 4.31% by extraction rate as the indexes. The experimental results showed that the flavonoids of Hypericum japonicum were higher than Frutus Xantbii. This extraction technology was simple and feasible, and had better reference value.
