摘 要:企业大学既需要宏观指引,又需要微观管控,为此需要建立大学层面的评价体系。本文通过成熟度模型研究,梳理内在运营逻辑,构建了包含"发展规划、业务体系、运营管理、效用评估"四个方面的评价体系,指导企业大学运营监控和发展提升。With the development of knowledge economy and learning organizations, corporate university has become a new model to support strategic development and personnel training. As an organization, the corporate university establishes evaluation system for the needs of both macro-guidance and microscopic control. Based on maturity model, this article aims to comb operation logic and build evaluation system, which insists of four parts development planning, business systems, operation management and utility assessment, so as to monitor operation and development.
