摘 要:为了获得袜口处平均压强的预测方法,从能量守恒的角度阐述了袜口处压强的产生机制,压强等于势能变化量与体积变化量的比值,以此理论为基础建立了袜口处平均压强的预测模型,并通过实验对模型进行了验证,得到了袜口处压强平均值与袜口材料的弹性势能以及袜口处腿部截面形状的相互关系,并得到袜口处的平均压强只与袜口围、腿围和袜口材料的弹性有关。经检验,该模型可以对袜口处的平均压强进行预测,该模型的建立将简化袜口处压强的计算方法,并为精确预测袜口处压强分布提供理论基础。To build a mathematic model for predicting the average pressure at the hose top, the presure generation mechanism at the hose top was elucidated from the perspective of the law of conversation of energy. It is considered that pressure is equal to the ratio of the change value of potential energy to the change value of volume. Based on this theory, a mathematic model has a been built for predicting the average pressure at the hose top, and experiments were conducted to verify the model. The relationship between the average pressure at the hose top, the elastic potential energy of the hose top material, and the cross-sectional shape of the lower leg at the hose top was determined, and it was found that the average pressure at the hose top is only related to the hose welt circumference, calf circumference and elasticity of the hose top material. The test results showed that this model can be used to predict the average pressure at the hose top, simplify the calculation method of the pressure at the hose top, and provide a theoretic foundation for accurate prediction for the pressure distribution at the hose top.
