摘　　要：目的:探究团体心理咨询对缓解高职学生就业压力的作用。方法:采用前后测实验设计,运用基于不同团体咨询理论的咨询方案对高职学生的就业压力进行干预,干预前后分别施测就业压力问卷。结果:结构式团体心理咨询能显著降低高职学生的就业压力水平。结论:结构式团体心理咨询是一种有效减轻高职学生就业压力的途径,可在各高职院校推广使用。This paper seeks tO explore the effect of group counseling on the employment pressure of senior vocational and technical college students （SVTCS） by using the methods of measured employment pressure questionnaire on SVTCS before and after group counseling intervention which is based on different theories. This study discovers that the structured group counseling can significantly reduce the level of SVTCS＇employment pressure with the conclusion that structured group counseling is an effective way to reduce SVTCS＇employment pressure and it should be spread across the senior vocational and technical colleges.
