摘　　要：廉政审计是对公共权利进行监督的一种新探索,是通过整合现有的以反腐败为目的、以审计为手段、有纪检监察等部门参与的有效监督方法。高校开展廉政审计是建立反腐倡廉惩防体系、有针对性查实腐败的需要。该机构应由教育部负责组建、垂直领导,通过完善现有廉政立法,制定廉政审计规则、确定廉政审计机构的法律地位,有序的开展廉政审计工作。New exploration of the uncorrupted audit for supervision oI the public right is an etteeuve way real nas anti -corruption, audit and the disciplinary＇ inspections participation in order to build the system of anti -corruption to investigate corruption in work. Responsibility of the ministry of Education and vertical leadership make up this system by means of perfecting anti - corruption laws, making uncorrupted audit rules, determining the legal status of the audit institutions to make the uncorrupted audits work forward.
