摘　　要：随着家庭经济困难学生资助政策体系的建立健全,国家对家庭经济困难学生资助力度的进一步加大,如何最大限度地发挥帮困与育人相结合功效,成为教育界关注的焦点。我们要进一步完善贫困生认定工作,克服重视物质帮困、忽视精神帮困;培养学生自立自强精神,大力推进诚信教育和感恩教育,加强高校助困人员队伍建设,做好当前高校的资助育人工作。With setting up the policy of supporting the students trom the poor /amllles ana implemen- ting the policy greatly, we all focus on how to subsidize and educate the students effectively. It is necessa- ry for implementing the policy to improve the system on affirming the identification of the students, to em- phasize support the students spiritually rather than materially, to educate the students to be honesty, thankful and self--confident and to train the stuff responsible for the subsidizatin.
